Register before May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM and receive $20 off your registration.

Our Summer Skills Camp (July 27–31) is a great way to prepare for the season.

• Second child: $40 off
• Third child: $100 off
• Fourth+ child: $200 off per player

Financial Assistance

Financial support is available through the Fairfax County Youth Sports Scholarship Program (YSSP).

Camps and Clinics

We offer seasonal camps and clinics throughout the year.

• Most registrations include BRYC gear (T-shirt, shorts, or hat)
• Gear varies by program

Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. The following refund policy applies to all football registrations, camps, and clinics.

Fall Tackle Football

• Full refund available for cancellations requested before July 1.
• 80% refund available from July 1 through the start of official practices.
• 50% refund available once practices have started but before the team’s first regular season game.
• No refunds will be issued after the team’s first regular season game.

If league-issued equipment has been distributed, refunds will not be processed until all equipment has been returned to BRYC Football in acceptable condition.

Camps & Clinics

• Full refund available through 11:59 PM on the night before the first scheduled session.
• Once a camp or clinic has started, no refunds will be issued.

Credit Card Processing Fees

Credit card and payment processing fees are charged directly by OttoSport and are non-refundable under all circumstances, including approved refunds. These fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This policy may be updated or modified by BRYC Football as needed. Questions regarding refunds may be directed to football@bryc.org.
