We're glad you're joining us. Every volunteer who shows up makes a difference for our players — whether you're leading a team or managing the sideline. Here's how to get registered.

Before you start: Anyone on the sideline on game day must complete USA Football Heads Up certification. You can register with BRYC before your certification is complete, but you'll need it finished before the season begins.

Step 1 — Complete USA Football Heads Up Certification

1. Create a USA Football account at usafootball.com and log in.
2. Select the Tackle Football training track.
3. Email football@bryc.org to receive your free training access code.
4. Enter the code and complete all assigned modules.
5. Save your certificate — you'll need the certificate number for the next steps.

Step 2 — Register with BRYC

Register here as a Coach or Volunteer

• Log in to your Demosphere account (same login you use for player registration)
• Select Coaches Training > Tackle 2026
• Select Team Staff / Volunteer
• Complete and submit the form

Step 3 — Register with NVYFL

Register with NVYFL here

Complete your league registration through the NVYFL portal. This is required for all coaches regardless of role.

That's it. Now show up and watch our young athletes grow over the next 10–12 weeks.
